Just drop Compression plug-in onto your closed Mac OS 8 System Folder. The Finder will take care of routing it to the Contextual Menu Items folder within.
You must also make sure that the file "SOMobjects™ for Mac OS" is present in your Extensions folder. If not, this and other Contextual Menu Manager plug-ins may not function. So, if you turned this file off with Extensions Manager you should turn it back on. You can also download this file from my WWW site at:

Release History:
1.0.3 - 10/25/97 - Fixed a bug in which compressing multiple items would always generate multiple Stuffit archives regardless of your settings in DropStuff. It also operates slightly faster when processing large quantities of files.
1.0.2 - So buggy it was never released.
1.0.1 - 09/08/97 - fixed a bug which would only find Stuffit Expander and DropStuff on the boot drive. The apps are now properly located on any drive.
